Identity system for Casa Lmar - Residencia Moderno-Tropical. To visually embody this endeavor we went back to the house’s 70s modernist aesthetic and tried to recreate it in a simple yet sophisticated identity system. Dinamo’s ABC Maxi’s underlying skeleton referencing mid-century and post-modern swiss designs made the typeface a perfect fit for the project, along with a colour combination that was chosen to create ambiguity and contrast with the house exposed concrete exterior. The resulting identity aims to find balance between the recognisable visual language of the property through the lens of photographer Martha Maria Salazar and the dynamism and simplicity of its graphic features - allowing the work to speak for itself whilst also holding its ground individually.
